Full Refund Within 24 Hours: A 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel due to a change in plans, illness, injury, or another emergency, refunds will be issued as follows:
90+ days’ notice: 100% refund of the total cost.
60–89 days’ notice: 75% refund of the total cost.*
30–59 days’ notice: 50% refund of the total cost.*
Less than 30 days’ notice: No refund will be issued.*
*In place of a refund, a full credit toward a future session may be offered in certain cases, at the discretion of Peak Into Resilience.
